Construction method

CONSTRUCTION PREPARATIONS
1. Carefully check the base layer of the waterproof layer, deal with defects carefully, and clean them up.
(1) The base layer should be flat, smooth, free of sand and skin, and have a certain strength. Thedrainage slope should meet the design reguirements, The inner and outer corners should be made into rounded or sloped corners with a diameter of not less than 30mm.
(2) lf the base surface is dry, the base surface must be pre-wetted in advance to keep the base surface moist, but no clear water should be present.
(3) Defects in the base layer should be dealt with before construction can continue.
a. When unevenness, pits or water accumulation occur, various brands of synthetic latex cementmortar can be used to fill the surface and make slopes.2Skin peeling on the surface should be removed.
b. When repairing the old waterproof layer, the adhesion on the base layer should be removed and leveled. lf the surface of the old waterproof layer is smooth, the material has not failed, and it is compatible with K11 waterproof slurry, construction can be continued directly on it.

CONSTRUCTION TECNOLOGY
Paint Mixing:
1. The weighing of ingredients must be accurate, and the error of each weighing shall not exceed t5%.Ratio:
Universal K11 waterproof slurry ratio: liquid material: powder material = 2.4kg: 6.6kgFlexible K11 waterproof slurry ratio: liquid material: powder material = 3kg: 6kg;
2. Pour the additives into the container first in proportion and in order, then pour the powder into the container, and use an electric mixing drill to stir at the same time until it becomes a paste without precipitation. Criteria for judging whether it is uniform: the slurry is uniform without raw dough.
3. After mixing well, leave it for 5-10 minutes and stir again before use;
4. intermittent stirring should be maintained during the operation to prevent precipitation.

Base laver Processing:
After the base layer passes the inspection, the floating ash, gray sand and gravelumps on the surface should be cleaned,and then moistened before proceeding to the next construction process.

Enhancement laver and node processing:
The reinforcement layer mainly targets the weak links of the construction site, that is, the sites thatare prone to leakage. Enhanced treatment is adopted to improve waterproof safety performance and ensure waterproof effect.
a. In the parts that need to be strengthened, such as inner corners and pipe openings, they shouldbe made into small arcs with cement mortar, then apply the flexible K11 waterproof slurry once, and then apply the non-woven fabric a second time.
b. For the parts where the carcass reinforcement material needs to be laid, after the reinforcementcoating is dry, lay the cut carcass material flat, and then paste it with K11 waterproof slurry.

Painting construction:
1. When the thickness of the coating layer is within 1.5 mm, it should be applied in two passes; when it is between 1.5 and 2.0 mm, it should be applied in three passes. After applying the first coat, wait for the initial drying (an interval of 2 to 4 hours) before applying the second coat.
2. Painting should start from the lowest point on the plane farthest from the upper feeding port, firson the elevation and then on the plane.
3. When applying scraping on a flat surface, pour the mixed paint evenly on the base surface according to the amount, and scrape it evenly with a brush. The front and back scrapings on the flat surface: should be perpendicular to each other. When painting the facade, the brush should be applied frombottom to top.
4. When the first coat of coating is dry and solid and can be used for the second coat of constructionthe quality of the coating should be carefully checked one by one to check for missing coatings andblisters.
5. After initial drying, spray water should be used for maintenance6. No construction is allowed on rainy, snowy and windy days. On foggy days, construction must bedone after the dew has dried.
